I spent 15 years building technology for large organisations, from writing code myself to leading global teams. I saw first-hand how big companies connect their systems, data, and people to run better, and how much of an advantage it gives them.

Growing businesses have never had access to that same thinking. Norloch exists to change that. I bring the way large organisations connect their operations to businesses that could never justify an enterprise team.
